    • How do I order?

      It’s super easy! Simply click on the ‘Order Now’ button above and fill in the online order form. We’ll send you an invoice and once payment has been made we’ll organise for the box to be delivered or picked up. *Please note: delivery will incur an extra cost.

    • Can I personalise the box with my logo?

      Yes! We can personalise the top lid of the box with your logo. It’s the perfect way to make your brand memorable. Simply attach your logo to the ‘Order Now’ form or send us an email to hello@lumiere.com.au.

    • Can I make changes to the box?

      Absolutely! We can custom make a hamper to suit your budget and requirements. We can source a range of different items and are always up for the challenge. Please get in touch to discuss your needs via email hello@lumiere.com.au or call us on 02 9607 6159.

    • Can I add any extras to the box?

      Yes! We do our best to source any and all items (we love a challenge!) and can tailor to suit your needs. Please reach out to us via email hello@lumiere.com.au with your request and we will let you know if it’s something we can do for you.

    • I’m not a business, can I still order?

      Absolutely! If you love the look of our boxes you’re more than welcome to place an order for yourself or a loved one. Just click the ‘Order Now’ button and fill in the form to place an order.

    • I have a big order!

      Our online order form can process requests for up to 10 of each box. Need more? No problem! If you have a larger order, please contact us via email hello@lumiere.com.au with the quantities you’re after and we will reach out to you.

    • How much is delivery?

      We offer free pickup from Ingleburn NSW 2565. If you need it delivered, please get in touch and we can calculate shipping costs. If your order exceeds $1,000 then delivery is FREE.
