Where can I purchase Lumière?
Lumière is available to purchase online. The collection is also available in leading department stores.
Can I change my order?
You can amend your order at any point, prior to proceeding to the check out. To review your purchase, or to make changes to your order, click on the “your bag” button. Once you are happy with your amendments, click “update order” to save changes.
Once payment has been made and the order processed, no changes can be made.
How do I shop online?
To shop for Lumière jewellery online, click on the item you wish to purchase, select the quantity and click “add to bag”.
Once you have added an item to your bag you can continue to shop or proceed to the checkout.
To review your purchase, or to make changes to your order, click on the “your bag” button. Once you are happy with your amendments, click “update order” to save changes.
What Credit Cards are accepted?
We accept Mastercard and Visa cards.
Can I purchase Lumière jewellery as a gift?
All Lumière purchases are packaged in satin pouches and gift wrapped.
If you would like to send Lumière jewellery as a gift to someone special, select the "gift option" at checkout. A personal message may also be included with the gift.
Can I return my purchase?
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
Lumière jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months against faults or breakages arising from workmanship.
What information is collected?
Lumière collects information required to process your transactions. This includes your name and address, telephone number and email address.
We do not keep a record of credit card numbers or sensitive financial information.
Where you have opted to subscribe to promotional communications, we will store your email address for the sole purpose of keeping you in touch with our latest products, services or promotions. You can opt out of receiving communications at any time.
From time to time we may also collect information regarding frequency of visits, the times and dates of visits or the site you from which you accessed Lumière. This information is anonymous and is only used for analysis and to help us improve your experience of our site.
Will my information be disclosed to third parties?
Lumière will never sell or trade your personal information.
We will never share your information with a third party except where required to process your transactions. To do so, we are required to provide information such as your name and address to postal services, couriers and SecurePay online payment gateway.
Under Australian Law, we are also required to disclose information at the request of law enforcement agencies where illegal activity is suspected.
Are my transactions secure?
All credit card transactions are processed by SecurePay, an internationally recognized secure payment system.
Can I access my personal information?
You may request access to any of your personal information that we hold, at any time. To protect your privacy, we will require proof of identity before releasing any information.
Can I opt out of promotional communications?
All communications sent by Lumière include an option to unsubscribe to our mail outs.
Once you have nominated to unsubscribe, we will endeavour to remove you from our mailing lists within 24 hours.
How can I make a complaint?
All complaints are taken seriously and will be investigated.
Complaints should be directed to our customer service department via email or telephone.
How do I care for my Lumière jewellery?
Lumière jewellery has been created from the finest materials and craftsmanship. We have guaranteed its quality for 12 months from the date of purchase against any faults due to materials or craftsmanship.
To maintain its appearance and wearability, each piece of Lumière should be cared for using the following simple guidelines.
To clean your jewellery:
- If worn often, or worn against the skin, it may be necessary to clean your Lumière jewellery.
- Use a soft cloth to carefully wipe the piece clean. Slightly dampen the cloth if necessary.
- Don’t immerse jewellery with stones, pearls or other similar items in water.
- Never use strong detergents, ammonia, alcohol or jewellery cleaner to clean Lumière jewellery.
To protect against damage:
- Always put on jewellery after perfume or hairspray is applied and has thoroughly dried.
- Don’t wear jewellery when swimming in chlorinated or salt water or when showering.
- After removing your jewellery, wrap separately in a soft piece of fabric or cloth bag.
- Never throw or store your jewellery in a jewellery box where it may be nicked or scratched by another piece of jewellery.
This guarantee does not cover faults arising from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or mistreatment
- Modifications to the original design
- Damage caused by perfume, hairspray, sunless tanners, chlorine, saltwater or other agents
How is my purchase delivered?
All orders are processed and dispatched by the following business day.
Shipping within Australia:
- Standard (4-7 days) $4.95
- Express (1-2 days) $9.95
For security reasons we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. International shipping is unavailable at this time.
